This document describes how the content management tools operated by Mediwalkin Co., Ltd. — including MediWorkin Automation, registered with Meta for Developers, and Mediwalkin Content Manager, registered with TikTok for Developers — handle data obtained through the respective platform APIs (Meta Graph API, TikTok Content Posting API, and others). 이 문서는 주식회사 메디워크인이 운영하는 콘텐츠 관리 도구들(Meta for Developers에 등록된 MediWorkin Automation 앱, TikTok for Developers에 등록된 Mediwalkin Content Manager 앱 포함)이 각 플랫폼 API(Meta Graph API, TikTok Content Posting API 등)를 통해 처리하는 데이터에 대한 정책을 설명합니다.

1. Description of the service1. 서비스 설명

These applications are content management tools operated by Mediwalkin Co., Ltd. They are used to publish and manage content on the Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok business accounts of the brands Mediwalkin represents — including HairOn Clinic, Gangnam Smart Clinic, and MediWalkin. 이 앱들은 주식회사 메디워크인이 운영하는 콘텐츠 관리 도구입니다. 헤어온(HairOn), 강남스마트클리닉(Gangnam Smart Clinic), 메디워크인 등 메디워크인이 대행하는 브랜드의 Instagram/Facebook/TikTok 비즈니스 계정에 콘텐츠를 게시하고 관리하는 데 사용됩니다.

2. Information we access2. 수집하는 정보

These applications access only the following:이 앱들은 아래의 정보에만 접근합니다:

• Basic account information (account name, page ID or open ID) for the Facebook Pages, Instagram business accounts, and TikTok accounts that a Mediwalkin administrator has explicitly connected and authorized. 메디워크인 관리자가 명시적으로 연결(인가)한 Facebook 페이지/Instagram 비즈니스 계정, TikTok 계정의 기본 정보(계정명, 페이지/오픈 ID)
• Content published to those accounts (images, videos, body text, publish timestamps) and the public performance metrics of those posts (likes, comment counts, and similar). 해당 계정에 게시한 콘텐츠(이미지, 영상, 본문, 게시 일시)와 공개 게시물의 성과 지표(좋아요, 댓글 수 등)
• The OAuth access and refresh tokens issued by each platform that are required to publish content. 콘텐츠 게시에 필요한 OAuth 액세스 토큰/리프레시 토큰(각 플랫폼이 발급)

We do not collect personal information from external users — that is, from members of the public who view our social media accounts. 외부 이용자(일반 SNS 방문자)의 개인정보는 수집하지 않습니다.

• To automatically publish translated marketing content to the relevant account on its scheduled date. 번역된 마케팅 콘텐츠를 예약된 날짜에 해당 계정에 자동 게시
• To review publication status and errors, and to maintain internal operating records. 게시 현황/오류 조회 및 내부 관리 기록

4. Storage and sharing4. 데이터 저장 및 공유

Content management data is stored only on Mediwalkin's internal systems. We do not sell, share, or transfer it to any third party. 콘텐츠 관리 데이터는 회사 내부 시스템에만 저장되며, 제3자에게 판매하거나 공유하지 않습니다.

Data handling by the platform APIs themselves is governed by the Meta Privacy Policy and the TikTok Privacy Policy respectively. Meta API 자체의 데이터 처리 방침은 Meta 개인정보처리방침을, TikTok API 자체의 데이터 처리 방침은 TikTok 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.

5. Token retention and revocation5. 토큰 보관 및 철회

An account holder may revoke this application's access at any time from the account settings of the relevant platform. Once access is revoked, all automated publishing to that account stops immediately, and the authentication tokens Mediwalkin holds for that account are deleted within 30 days. 계정 소유자는 각 플랫폼의 계정 설정 화면에서 언제든 앱 접근 권한을 철회할 수 있습니다. 권한이 철회되면 해당 계정에 대한 모든 자동 게시가 즉시 중단되고, 메디워크인이 보관 중인 해당 계정의 인증 토큰은 30일 이내에 삭제됩니다.
