This document sets out the terms of use for the content management tools operated by Mediwalkin Co., Ltd., including MediWorkin Automation and Mediwalkin Content Manager. 이 문서는 주식회사 메디워크인이 운영하는 콘텐츠 관리 도구들(MediWorkin Automation, Mediwalkin Content Manager 포함)의 이용 조건을 설명합니다.

1. Description of the service1. 서비스 설명

These applications are content management tools used to publish and manage content on the Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok business accounts of the medical brands Mediwalkin represents, including HairOn Clinic and Gangnam Smart Clinic. They operate only on accounts for which Mediwalkin has been explicitly granted access. 이 앱들은 메디워크인이 대행하는 헤어온(HairOn), 강남스마트클리닉(Gangnam Smart Clinic) 등 의료 브랜드의 Instagram/Facebook/TikTok 비즈니스 계정에 콘텐츠를 게시·관리하기 위한 콘텐츠 관리 도구입니다. 메디워크인이 명시적으로 권한을 받은 계정에서만 동작합니다.

2. Scope of use2. 이용 범위

• These applications are used only on the accounts of brands that Mediwalkin operates directly or has been entrusted to operate. 이 앱은 메디워크인이 직접 운영하거나 운영을 위임받은 브랜드 계정에서만 사용됩니다.
• Operation begins only after the account holder has explicitly authorized the application's access through the platform's OAuth consent flow. 계정 소유자가 각 플랫폼의 OAuth 인증 절차를 통해 명시적으로 앱 접근을 승인해야 서비스가 시작됩니다.
• On behalf of an authorized account, the applications publish only content that a Mediwalkin staff member has reviewed and approved in advance. No content is generated or published automatically without human review. 앱은 승인된 계정을 대신해 사전에 메디워크인 담당자가 검토·승인한 콘텐츠만 게시합니다. 사람의 검토 없이 콘텐츠가 자동 생성·게시되지 않습니다.

3. Authorization and revocation3. 계정 인증 및 철회

An account holder may revoke the application's access at any time from the account settings of the relevant platform (Meta or TikTok). Once access is revoked, all automated publishing to that account stops immediately, and the authentication tokens Mediwalkin holds for that account are deleted within 30 days. 계정 소유자는 각 플랫폼(Meta, TikTok)의 계정 설정 화면에서 언제든 앱 접근 권한을 철회할 수 있습니다. 권한이 철회되면 해당 계정에 대한 모든 자동 게시가 즉시 중단되고, 메디워크인이 보관 중인 해당 계정의 인증 토큰은 30일 이내에 삭제됩니다.

4. Responsibility for content4. 콘텐츠 책임

Mediwalkin is responsible for the content and accuracy of everything published through these applications. All content is published in compliance with each platform's community guidelines and content policies. 앱을 통해 게시되는 모든 콘텐츠의 내용과 정확성에 대한 책임은 메디워크인에 있습니다. 각 플랫폼의 커뮤니티 가이드라인 및 콘텐츠 정책을 준수하여 게시합니다.

5. Changes to these terms5. 약관 변경

These terms may be updated as the scope of the tools changes. The last updated date shown above indicates the most recent revision. 이 약관은 도구의 기능 범위가 바뀌면 갱신될 수 있으며, 상단의 최종 수정일이 최신 개정 시점을 나타냅니다.
